Open to all!
Buy a space to express yourself on the street for all to see.
How often can you paint on the street!!
Streets are closed off to all traffic!
And it's all City approved!
$5 will get you a 4x4ft space

Farmer's Market
Farmers Market is located at Winchester True Value at the West end of Main St. Local vendors will have their fresh produce for sale from 8 am till noon.
Get your veggies and then spend the day at the Festival!
